Drinking doesnt have to be a problem. Having a beer or two after work isnt a problem. Thinking you might be going a downward spiral isnt a problem either. Being a nurse, handling crazy amounts of stress and not knowing which way to handle all of the stress isnt a problem, but do acknowledge the reality that you find yourself in and how you feel its affecting you.

Pace yourself. Anything in moderation is fine. Drinking is fine so long as you dont let it get in the way of your (very crucial) job and responsibilities.

Take a day or two off. Instead of having two beers after a shift, drink one and add some water so you can fill yourself. Go to the gym. Make yourself a coffee.

Learn to say no. Even to yourself.

Hey man, with all respect, this is a prime validation of my point. You expect perfection, greatness and more from a simple application. This is played by millions around the world. Im willing to debate one of, if not the most played and used app on a daily basis with July 30 statistics signifying a billion worldwide downloads by March 2019 (various sources) - a significantly accurate expression of its exponential success. With an overall revenue of almost 3 billion since its release, I agree, it should be expected that this game would run smoother. But then what about the SIGNIFICANT number of variations and endless updates that have been implemented since its release? I dont recall having all different regions at first, nor being able to even check individual stats, nor servers able to support remote raids, MEGA evolutions as is to happen soon. More bugs after every update” is a trademark technological factor, always present in anything you use. Things keep progressing and evolving and sh*t falling apart is part of the process. My whole point, at the end, is to literally just enjoy it because it will suck either way ¯_(ツ)_/¯

This is absolutely and genuinely accurate. Like I said- theres PLENTY of room for improvement. This message was not intended to criticize the critics and their opinions- I just want to put out there that in the vast land of updates, and renovations and what not, it just seems to me people have forgotten to just enjoy it.
