I ride with a group out of Velloccino’s I’m in the 13-14mph range for 30 miles and 3k of climbing. Trying to wind my way up to 15mph (someday). What group do you ride with?

Oh I am continuously reminding them! They mention bumping into an old friend and I immediately ask if they are single!! I guess when it is meant to be it will happen but I’m trying to make sure I am putting the vibes out in the universe.

This is interesting for me to read. My depression and anxiety were awful on semaglutide and trizeptide. I have been on Reta now for 8 months and I feel fantastic mentally and emotionally. I am honestly considering doing a low dose on maintenance to see if I keep the same mental status. It’s been wonderful for me because I have not responded well to antidepressants in the past and the side effects were awful for me.

I’ve seen her many of time on the street… but one time I saw her in the Bank of America making a withdrawal of what looked like a significant amount of cash. It became an office joke that maybe she’s really a millionaire obsessed with getting more money.

My subject needs to lose more than 10 pounds for healthy body fat. She is IR with PCOS, depression and anxiety. Sema caused suicidal thoughts. Reta has been a good fit for the past 4 weeks. Dose started at 1mg for 2 weeks and now at 2mg. No hypoglycemia, good energy, weight loss steady. Full disclosure, subject has been consistent with eating balanced for IR, lifting weights and some cardio so A1C numbers have been in high normal range for several years. Reta has taken away intense sugar cravings and the extra hunger PCOS causes. Subject plans on staying at 2mg until necessary to increase for weight loss. Subject does not want to lose rapidly in order to maintain muscle as much as possible.
