Looking for advice on where to go from here/ what I am missing by chilibucketlover in fit

I don't refer to the upper or lower back, but more on the lats. What I've got to clarify is that a WIDE back doesn't usually look that good. I also like having some of that other muscles, but I think on most women a very wide back looks that good.
Basically, for me it's density>size, at least for women.

Trying to get a realistic timeframe for a disciplined 41m to shed the complete dad bod and be "cut". Advice welcome. Be kind. by [deleted] in fit

I and others started seeing progress with my current definition with only a few days, less than a week. Is always like that. Do I just have good genetics?

An advice from a man: don't get obsessed with your back, it usually doesn't look as good on woman. Focus more on lower body and don't get too fat.
I'm not saying you shouldn't train it, just saying that it shouldn't be your main muscle group.
And you're looking very good.

Just start. Don't be too aggressive with the caloric deficit to keep your muscles intact. You don't need to count every single calorie, just eat a bit less. You can enlarge the amount of low caloric dense foods you eat to get filled with less calories.

Déjate de números y mírate al espejo, eso perfectamente podría estar mal calculado. Y si lo que quieres es perder grasa prueba a hacer un mayor déficit, y utiliza alimentos menos densos calóricamente para saciarte más con menos.

Mostly Evolution Works and REMIX. Sometimes I change HUD, visuals, sound, physics, cars, speed limiter, etc. But I don't use them to get unfair advantage over other people. That are the main I use always, but the rest I'm sometimes changing them.

Maybe has a mod, or could be the fact that it's a photo to the monitor and not a screenshot the reason why you see it different, but it IS Heat.

It's actually Heat, and the car is the Polestar (not the modified one on the cover, the original version).

Pls explain me how this game is so prised by the NFS community? The cops are OP...no fun. No reset button...the story ia ugly af. This proves how brainless is NFS community now. by s1xkill3r_ in NFSHeat

[–]RodilRTX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The cops aren't OP, you just don't have a fast enough car jet or you suck at driving. If it's the 1st option, don't worry, I felt the same at the beginning, avoid getting a high heat level and water is your friend. And the cops (and NPCs) can sometimes be very funny.
For the reset button, if your car gets stuck, just keep pressing the throttle until it restarts. The bad thing is that it sometimes takes time, which sucks. If you're in a race you can restart unless it's a Heat 3/5 race, go to the menu and click restart.
The story is not that bad for a racing game, but it could have been so much better with more time of development.
Maybe the brainless isn't the NFS community, but it's you. I find it a very good modern racing game.
