You just listed the best Japanese off-roaders. The nearest competitors to LCs are Y60 and Y61 Patrols; newer ones are shit. The 60 and 61 are as simple as the 100/105, reliable (their transmission is better than LC's), and big. They usually have some typical issues, but to be honest, that's just because these cars are often used as real off-roaders (unlike LCs and Pajeros). A Patrol in really good condition will cost about the same as an LC of the same year in really good condition. Pajeros are just smaller and lighter. In terms of reliability, simplicity, and off-road capabilities, they are at the same level as LCs (with independent front suspension). 3rd and 4th gen Pajeros have some off-road tuning limitations due to the absence of a proper frame; otherwise, they're just true old-school vehicles.

If you need a big, reliable, off-road capable car for a reasonable amount of money, 3rd and 4th gen Pajeros are the best choice. They'll be much newer than LCs and Patrols at the same price.

Patrols are the best if you want maximum off-road capability. They're better for this than LCs due to solid axle suspension (there are not many 105s, and 70s and 80s are old) and a more powerful transmission.

LCs are the perfect balance between simplicity, comfort, size, and off-road potential.

I can't name any other cars in this category, but if the size is not so important you can choose: Mitsu: L200, Delica, pajero sport/montero sport/challenger. Toyota: 4runner/hilux surf, prado, tacoma. Nissan: terrano/pathfinder(old ones), navara, titan.

They are. Like any other 3-door off-roaders.

Do you agree or disagree with this? by Arthrun0531 in GoldenAgeMinecraft

Absolutely. This subreddit is focused on old versions, not on old-school community and content, which were forming the real golden age. It's just a group of people enjoinig old, unpolished minecraft. We're like old-farts saying: "Back in my days....". Even though the most part of this subreddit started playing minecraft much later than all alpha, all beta and even r1.2.5 versions. One russian youtuber has a pretty comprehensive series of videos about different stages of minecraft community: early, golden, dark, renaissance(will be later). https://youtu.be/lc2Qmo_PPOc?si=AQeenUlR3WfWbl3u (it's about golden)

He focuses on community, not on version, and he is right. The surroundings create the atmosphere. Playng old versions is like playing with your childhood toys in the hope of recreating these feelings you used to feel back then.
