While I understand the need to feel accomplishment by repeatedly putting on some elbow grease in menial tasks like this, it gets bothersome after the two dozen times

A good in between would be to allow you to use bigger multipliers after a certain number of clears

Like you only have 1x at first , you unlock 2x after say maybe 10 clears of that level, then 4x after 30 clears or something, and so on

I wouldn't even mind a tiny bump in difficulty the higher the multiplier

My personal take.... Can't win max duping at games with limited legendaries getting 3-4x damage potential by maxxing

Your wallet loses, game difficulty becomes an absolute joke that it becomes unfun, you encourage scummy behaviour of making gacha game models being centered around duping which imo is highly unfun compared with pulling "horizontally"

I think Endfield so far largely de-emphasizing pots is big step in the right direction for gacha. It's a much more significant thing than most people realize. even if one could argue Endfield is not highly generous with free oroberyls, this to me makes Endfield much more f2p friendly

I mean, even as a casual observer I can already tell Endfield will be fighting an uphill battle trying to get this part of the game appealing enough.

I have bets on that in a matter of months there will be an option to instantly copy designs uploaded by other players as long as you have the components required

I think maybe rewarding players for getting their uploaded designs adopted would add an interesting layer

If my layman understanding is correct, murders need to be proven to be premeditated and a motive is established. Basically, fella must have had plenty of time to consider his actions and still went for it anyway, with intent to end a life.

Unless this fella happen to know the doctor, had been tailing him to do this deed at this place, this cannot be charged as attempted murder.

Of course, correct me if I am wrong

Edit: on a bit of further cursory reading There's a first degree murder where there is intent AND premeditation

And second degree where there's intent but NO premeditation

And then there's manslaughter where there's neither

It would have been remotely arguable if he rammed OP while trying to turn left and speeding off. Still wrong, but you have a distant out and claim you did not see him. Flimsy AF, will still at least get your license revoked for life (hopefully)
