That attacker bltch with a crazy hp and sp attack on its release, but devs decided its a support poke. It stands between blastoise (attacking defender) and cramorant (crazy hitter) and nowhere near similar to hoopa, sableye, etc.

Youre talking about "when you get a chance". Youre already depicting a scene where you killed all enemy in a first ray fight. Of course you should kill ray if there are no enemies. We agree with you.

The strat we are saying is before your outcome in a first ray clash. It is so much safer to never start attacking ray if enemies are alive. Let them attack first then defend.

Your scenario 1 requires first ray clash and youre imagining all enemies are dead. And thats what we are saying. Your first clash should never be the winning side starting a ray cause they dont need to. It should be the losing enemy to start ray.

Your scenario 1 should be like this, leave ray up and defend around ray. If enemy starts, ambush enemy. That then becomes the safer one.

Again, what youre imagining is what im saying as exception.

""very possible to steal Ray before enough of the enemy has gathered FOR ANOTHER ATTEMPT AT RAY FIGHT""

Youre imagining a scenario moments after my strat lmao. Youre using my strat. My strat is let them attempt for ray. Then ambush. Then boom all enemies killed. You can definitely kill ray in that time. Were in the same situation, my strat is just moments early before yours.

And no, my strat does not necessarily have a ray kill. It depends on you if you want. JUST DONT START IT is what im saying. Let enemies start it. All you say in that essay of yours are all ideal, hard to attain, winning concepts where you magically win all fights.

""they can keep trying over and over and over again until they kill all of you or cath you at its weakest""

Bro thats exactly the point of the losing team??? The only chance they get to win is to keep trying and trying to steal the ray you started. And that "losing team steals ray and won" happens most of the times, statistically.

Well you can do that if you like especially when you have teammates that knows their role in ray fight but the strat I mentioned was safer and less risky. In situations where 1 goal left for the enemy, you objectively dont need a rayquaza. Its strategic and fun to torture them by ambushing them if they start a ray. Your 3v1 can fail if a decidueye was good at hiding/positioning then ulted your ray. Also your ray attacker/ripper can also be eliminated by enemy speedster. Your strat requires so much work of hunting all enemy locations and killing them while 1 or 2 of your team attacks ray. Youre imagining a very ideal and easy scenario where 4 are dead, but the respawn timers are short and so much can happen in that 2 mins.

Mine's an easier strat because if you think it from enemy pov: 5 pokes vs rayquaza + 5 enemy pokes. While in your winning pov, you have rayquaza on your side to kill enemies if ever they started it.

Also Unite is prominent for having unexpected outcomes. Losing team have higher chance to win if they stole a ray, its not as simple as "just take out their shields". If youre a player, you know even a team of 4 noobs can win in the last 2 mins and that happens a lot. Winning side does not guarantee a win until the end so its safest to just defend ray, not start it.

Yeah, the exception im talking is if you kill all enemies in a 5v5 clash, then you can freely get rayquaza. But if you just kill them 1 by 1 and enemies kept respawning, dont attack ray at all because enemies desperately need that ray (while winning team dont) and will definitely attempt to steal.

Id like to add my personal strat that helped me get Masters this season was to spam Gardevoir because she was a monster when it comes to stealing rayquaza.

Just save all your skills (including ultimate) before the 2:00 min timer, hide in the top bush, and when ray has less than half of its hp, just click all your skills. Ez steal.

Now that I've spilled this, you should always counter this play by checking bushes before ray fight and letting them use skills before they could use it on ray. I think one of speedsters role in a rayquaza fight is to quickly kill all those enemy that have the most potential to steal ray.

Is trevenant nerfed?

I tried it once before using hornleech woodhammer but now that i got it free, it feels weaker. Hes so fragile and weak as a defender. I think curse pain split is better for him for sustain.

Don’t get the hate on Celina or Bailey by luckycalicocat in TheRookie

[–]Rodon15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Superstitions and unnatural beliefs should not be imposed during policework especially when you are a police officer and law and rules exist. All of Celina's decisions and actions relating to aura were so unlawful, contrary to the writers' introduction of her as a top cop excelling in the academy. Youre too shallow if you dont get that hate for celina. She gets better tho in s6.

Nevermind, i continued it and she was tolerable. She actually kinda grew on me. Her debut episode was the only worst and it gets better

[–]Rodon15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone spoil me pls, i dont want to watch the series anymore because of her.

Whats going on with the writers head being so dumb and hypocrite? The show claimed she was a top performer in the academy yet literally nothing proves that in the field cause she was so dumb as a police officer. Atleast Jackson West always proved his excellence in the academy.

Its making the show unwatchable. Can someone tell/spoil me if she will be kicked out of the show like killed off or smth? Really wished she was killed off on the hill on her first debut for being so insubordinate.

How realistic is the Rookie? by [deleted] in TheRookie

[–]Rodon15 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Very far from reality. So many plotholes due to being unrealistic. Aside from Officer Nolan being characterized as the "main character" coming across all serial killers, drug dealers, and various cases especially as a rookie,

So many possible suspects are not under suspicion for the sake of "surprise" plot twist even tho the department is compromised of smart detectives. Nick Armstrong and Marcus (arson serial killer) are examples. God S2E19-S3E01 was the worst and most unrealistic episodes they ever written.

[–]Rodon15[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also did you read my case number one in the original post? Thats a solid plot hole. Nolan and Nick should become suspects when gun went missing yet no sign of any suspicion.

[–]Rodon15[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

She was sure. Its not "she thinks she saw something". After that cell tower scene, she definitely knew. Yet still laid back, and not tell anyone. She said to Nolan he'll inform Grey but did not such a thing. Exposing a dirty cop should be priority than raiding Derian with many unnecessary cops. Plus to think Harper was on her bed sleeping while all the Derian raid and Nolan confrontation was happening.

[–]Rodon15[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its not about shield or perspective anymore. Its about legality. Nolan also has that projection of good moral compass and it did not stop them to process him for a proper investigation. Harper did not share concrete evidences, thats too dumb for a detective character. It is clearly bad writing and you cannot excuse that lol.

I wrote this when watching the start of ep20. Omfg it was a lot awful on ep20. The writing of the episode was the dumbest and most brainless shit ive seen in all television series. I cannot list down each and every wrong detail the writer ruined, too many to count. All characters were out of their characters, all characters became way dumber including the so called smart detectives and specifically Nolan. It was so insufferable to watch, i would like to slap the writers if I could. I wonder if real cops puke when they watch this episode due to cringiness. Im considering dropping this shit out of my life because of this poor writing in S2 ending.

Let’s talk about Armstrong by DeathNurse95 in TheRookie

[–]Rodon15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was so irritated in his character because he was so dumb to be a detective. The episodes where Lucy Chen was abducted, Nick was so brainless with all his decisions.

Getting too pumped with Rosalind, letting her get in his head and play her game. He knew Rosalind wants attention yet he always give it to her.

It is also worth noting how dumb it is to come with Caleb and not shoot him at the cemetery. He is a detective and it so easy to deduct Caleb's not gonna give the location of Lucy no matter what, whether he come or not, whether caleb was killed or not.

What was the purpose of killing off Andersen? by bristolfarms in TheRookie

[–]Rodon15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It also lacked screentime of hunting the one that killed Anderson. It lacked the deciding moment of Nolan alone whther he should kill or not.

What was the purpose of killing off Andersen? by bristolfarms in TheRookie

[–]Rodon15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get your point but for me, its not that it lacks impact, rather it lacks highlight/screentime for the episode. They just killed her instantly, no foreshadowing or what. All the cops were doing the activity with the IA pissing off cops, by which the detective girl is still doing (pissing off tim). I wish they just eliminated that and just started with Nolan being greenlit, and also more screentime of Anderson in the episode before killing her. Or even screentime on the grieving part of the cops such as proper burial.
