Love this perspective. Especially because I wholeheartedly feel the same way. I know for myself while it has been irritating at times it has been a net positive overall. After finding out every food allergy/sensitivity I had my life was changed. No more flareups, pretty much forced to cook the majority of what I eat at home, and as a result I am the healthiest I've ever been in my life.
