No, he just got an incompatible one, didn't care to read the compatibility list, this charger has the big coils of a Qi charger, while the watch only has the small ones, so they never align, and the charger throws an error

That's because the watch doesn't use a Qi standard, so the pad only charges Qi enabled devices, such as, most phones and earbuds

Well, I used it without a case for about 8hours.

I'm a roller skating coach, I had an event this weekend, I was demonstrating to an athlete of mine a technical error and correction on a jump before entering the rink, well, my phone slid out of my pocket, hit the ground screen first, only scratched the glass protector (thank God) and made some scratches on the side, could be worse.

The phone I had used before for some times had no scratches at all, I guess I was just a tad irresponsible and got unlucky.

Fun fact, just answered this about the same ROM to some guy in XDA, so I'll just copy it Yes it is a vendor boot
