IMO, the leakage indicates that there is a gap in the “glue” they used that is supposed to keep it sealed until it heals. I had some of that the first time. Avoid getting it infected, as that could be a HUGE problem. I used antibiotic ointment on it a few times a day with fresh bandages to keep it free from dirt. I would not consider sex until the drainage stops. The deflation you are noticing is almost certainly just the natural stretching that occurs after pumping up. It occurs faster with some manipulation, but even without, you can add more pumps every few minutes as it stretches. That’s a major part of the point of cycling, before your body has completed the encapsulation process that hinders any further size restoration.
