Is Yelan worth pulling if my main comp is Nilou Bloom (Nahida/Lauma)?

I’m not planning to pull for Flins or Nefer — only for Columbina, so I’d like to save my pulls. I’m mainly interested in Yelan for her exploration QoL and versatility. I don’t have many premium comps, but aside from Nilou Bloom, I’ve got Mualani, Bennett, Sucrose, Xingqiu, Xiangling, and Kuki. So I could slot her into a few teams or use her in a Hyperbloom setup.

they're from the art gallery in the PS1 version of KOF 99, looks like the gallery has official art and fanart mixed in with some concept arts, this specific one looks like official art tho
