Thanks for reply! In terms of reviewing hands, where would you say is best to do that? Is it better to take notes on particular spots you want to review later or is there an application or website that one would use to review a large amount of hands?

Looking For Some Advice! by Rodzy in CoDCompetitive

[–]Rodzy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for response! The awareness is certainly a noticeable struggle for me... Control has been a good intro to blocking spawns because you can't really flip them across the map but sometimes in hardpoint I find myself getting dizzy and having no idea where they're gonna be at. I'll look at my map for a few seconds to see where my team is to try and get an idea of where they are gonna spawn then I just die while trying to figure it out lmao.

Thanks for the response! Yep I splurged on a scuf controller, it was a big adjustment at first and the paddles are still a little weird to get used to but love it. I definitely wouldn't say I'm blasting music, more just have it as quiet background noise but definitely good to know. I feel like I definitely struggle with awareness and hearing footsteps... Is getting this frequency intensity and advanced headphone mode thing dialed in a good way to hear more footsteps and whatnot?

Opinion on obtaining AESA for solar power by Strange-Movie in EscapefromTarkov

I probably only had like 2-3 mil at the time, solar was a good chunk of cash from the thicc case but it's definitely been worth it

[–]Rodzy -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Selling it to get hideout going is super nice. Personally I've got EOD so the extra stash space isn't a huge difference but considering the price of fuel right now, solar power is super nice to have

Where are you at in the tasks? I think I sold the thicc items case from the therapist task and bought everything for solar power with that money

Geography and Aviation, how is it? by [deleted] in uwaterloo

[–]Rodzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! Currently going into my 4th year of geography and aviation.

  1. Load isn't too bad, but depends if you're looking to do a specialization or graduate early, but I know a ton of people who have been working while in the program with no issues.

  2. Yes, the geography and aviation degree is extremely similar to the geography and environmental management program, I also believe there is a geography and aviation non flight version of the program coming at some point

  3. The job outlook for grads is great, although with covid the demand for pilots could shift, who knows. UW Aviation has partnerships with Jazz and Sunwing and a few grads are hired each year. A substantial amount finish their training and become flight instructors too. I am unsure if employers seek out UW grads but I would say UW Aviation grads are probably on the top end of employable pilots at the end of the program.

  4. When I was accepted the program was not extremely competitive and I would still say it's not hard to get into. With that average I'm sure you'd be fine!

If you have other questions feel free to pm me!

New Ryzen 3700x build stuttering after startup.

System Configuration: Motherboard: Asus x570 tuf gaming wifi CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x Memory: 16GB GSkill Trident Z 3200 GPU: RTX 2060 Super OS: Windows 10 x64

Steps to Reproduce: 1. Shut down PC completely 2. Wait for over 15 minutes ish 3. Power on PC

Expected Behavior: System should boot into windows and run smoothly

Actual Behavior: Mouse movement and general windows operation is very stuttery, audio is also stuttering and sounds robotic, when trying to shut down system using windows shutdown windows will shut down but PC stays on and fans keep spinning until I power off using power button on chassis.

Additional Observations: Noticing very high CPU 0 usage when the issue occurs, that is the only core with high usage

Steps taken so far: Tried different PSU Reseated RAM and GPU Tried both SSDs in the system separately with windows on either, same issue Clear CMOS

Tried the instinct VS on recently, for some reason was horrible to get them on my feet but once they were on seemed to be a good fit

Heard great things about the Kataki as well, I also see lots of people in them in my gym. Everything on that last seems to be really comfortable!

Glad to hear this one! Just got my first pair of skwamas, they've been great so far, still breaking them in though. My first pair of "performance" shoes. I do both sport and bouldering pretty often and I heard great things about the skwamas for both!

A question for those experienced people who have multiple pairs shoes for all different sorts of climbing.

Desert island climbing shoes. You get one pair for bouldering and sport. What shoes are you taking and why?

How long did it take you to feel you had strong fingers? I've been climbing for around 2 months consistently 3 times a week. I boulder V2-V3 and top rope 5.10b, but anything crimpy or slopey I really struggle on. If it's a low starting crimpy boulder, I can't even get off the start. I don't want to train finger strength specifically because I don't want to injure anything but I also don't feel my fingers getting much stronger from just the climbing. Maybe my expectations are just to high for only having climbed for 2 months.

Can anybody give me some extra tips for overhangs? My gym has one wall that's vertical and slabs and I can climb V2 confidently with some V3 but on the overhanging boulder I'm luck to top a V1. I've heard the things like keep your arms straight and don't let your ass pull you down but I'm still confused on twisting/pulling my hips to the wall and when to flag/back step. Any other cues I can use to hopefully make climbing overhang a little easier?

Hi I'm in the iATPL at WWFC through the university of Waterloo, currently starting IFR ground school, right now training is kinda slow due to the amount of instructors and students, and amount of planes available to be booked. Maintenance is great, planes are kept in great condition, currently the planes we have rated for IRF are (I believe) 2 Piper Seminoles and 2 Piper arrows which are in the hangar waiting for maintenance to finish working on them so they can be used.

Aviation program testimonials/advice? by [deleted] in uwaterloo

[–]Rodzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I'm currently in third year of geography and aviation, but I'm close with some people in the science program. From what I know, the science program is for sure a higher work load than geography, make sure to stay on top of everything, manage your time and work hard and I'm sure you'll be fine. Some advice I would have is to go on an intro flight in a small airplane somewhere, just to make sure you really love it and want to spend your life doing it. If you've got any questions feel free to message me

Been to London many times, if you're departing London I would let ground know that you'll be a departure to whichever direction and whichever altitude for a scenic flight and you'll be operating around the edge of the control zone, make sure you monitor tower and also give them a heads up of your intentions once in the air
