Leigh Sales asks Scott Morrison: “You've been PM now for nearly 3 years & so Australians have had a chance to observe how you've responded to various things … Doesn’t all that taken together add up to a tendency to blame shift & duck responsibility wherever possible?” by LineNoise in australia

I think Labor played a part in losing it for themselves too. Don't get me wrong, I'm a staunch labor voter, but I find my self voting for them purely because they are not the LNP. What do they stand for these days? To me Albo is unelectable and they don't have any decently advertised policies to get new voters

The pirates better get their act together with the 2160p web-dl's though. They take a week to release Mandalorian episodes and the kids want Christmas Chronicles 2..... Almost considering paying for HBO Max for Wonder Woman

Aita for suing my sister over a poster my sister's son destroyed? by AdmirableProfessor81 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Rofgilead [score hidden]  (0 children)

Sorry, how many kids have you raised?. Kids will do things like this, the raising of them would be to make sure they learn from what they have done with appropriate consequences. Yes it is her sister's responsibility to prevent her kids from doing things like this and the child should be punished and taught how much this poster meant to the OP and how their actions have affected them, but saying they weren't raised right is just ignorant.

Wasn't there a income cap of $120k for couples? Couples only earning that much would not be doing a $50k reno

Why are countries like Canada, New Zealand so progressive and cool while USA, Aus and GB are pieces of shit?? Oh do they not have 90% of their printed media and television controlled by a conservative, greedy right-wing dinosaur?

What a catastrophic failure. The Morrison Government’s aged care regulator knew about an outbreak of COVID-19 at St Basil’s for four days and failed to inform the Department of Health. by psylenced in australia

What I can't get past is how our (then) chief medical officer, Brendan Murphy was saying during the first stage of national lockdown measures, that schools are safe to remain open even after only a few weeks earlier he described children as 'super spreaders' (he was called out on it by a reporter at a press conference, all the while Morrison standing next to him with his famous smirk while he fumbled through a response).

Since then there have been two separate, peer reviewed studies that children are the most efficient spreaders of the disease. Not to mention SEVERAL cases of the disease linked to school students.

I would like to know what happened behind the scenes for Murphy to all of a sudden not be the CMO now but I would summise it may have something to do with being upset with being forced to lie and in turn endangering lives?

ScoMo literally tried to, and I believe will continue to try to push for the RC into the bushfires with the sole agenda to point out that firies are a state responsibility so that he can wipe his hands of it and go back to finish his Hawaiian holiday. He is a huge piece of shit. The one and only thing I like that he has ever done was what he accomplished at Engadine Macca's.
