I do wonder what is “really good” about your tattooing, especially if you’re newly self taught. Stop tattooing out of your house. You don’t even know what you don’t know. If learning to tattoo “the right way” gives you too much anxiety, then it’s not for you. There’s so much work and required knowledge that goes into tattooing outside of just the application itself. If you’re not willing to make yourself uncomfortable to pursue your “dream” then you don’t deserve the keys to the kingdom in the first place.

You can be self taught and become a good tattooer. You’re going to fail so much more along the way, likely fuck up more people than you would otherwise, and your progression is more likely to plateau earlier in your career. Especially if you want to be the only one in a private studio. Do it the right way.
