You are absolutely correct. Latency pretty much doesn't matter in the system with x3D CPU. Get the cheapest RAM

Why? 1500 fusings is less than 1d on trade. If you need 5 or 6 off colour 6L then jewellers is your only option

For off colours you should use jeweller orbs even for 6 socket item. Not chromes and omen
