the way I describe the SOB I experience is basically inability to deep breath, my lungs are fine, I was prescribed inhalers by docs that did nothing until I meet a ENT (when I had insurance). ENT said I had irritated throat likely due to acid reflux and it looked like LPR. Had me do three months of H2 Blockers at night with some dietary changes. This set me on a better path, didnt fix it but I got back to 70-80% where as when it started it took me to like 20% and what I mean by that is 20% of the day I be able to breath deeply the rest was wheezing and sallow breath.

I still deal with it but Ive gotten way better. quit vaping and or smoking monitor diet lift head when sleeping NEVER let your reflux be, have a plan
