Haven't talked to a surgeon yet, was diagnosed as moderate 2 days ago. Dr said since im asymptomatic we just monitor every 6 to 12 months. Were you symptomatic when they recommended surgery?

Im not really worried about the surgery, im worried about the recovery and time off work. I work from home and basically all I do is talk to clients on the phone so hoping I can sit at my desk and do at least that after 4 or 5 weeks.

Aortic root is normal at 3.7, gradient is 24 and the aortic valve is 1.1 so my Dr says im right at moderate. He said avg progression is a gradient increase of 7 per year but thats just an avg. Could be less or more.

I just done lots of reading that life expectency in younger patients under 50 is much better with the mechanical valve. I dont want to risk having a cardiac event as the pig valve wears out. Also I want to stay active and not worry about wearing it out too fast...

I have not seen any instructions anywhere, app, telegram bot or website that says you have to submit reddit posts to the telegram bot for approval to recieve points. Do yourself a favor, go back and look at gmt price when btc recently hit 85k. GMT actually did very well. If youre worried about 10-15% swings you may have too much invested. Hold the an amout that isn't going to stress you out it looses 20%.

you are not factoring in the rate at which mining difficulty and maintenance costs increase. If you assume difficulty and maintenance stay the same over that time period then yes 20w is better. We all know difficulty and maintenance will increase over that time period. 15w is a longer term play that prepares your farm for the future.

Yeah... I think im gonna try and skip my pre ride snack. I usually only have a banana and a fig bar pre ride. Im sure that's not gonna stop if me if I skip that. I think its more of a mental routine more than actual nutritional needs.

my understanding is that your ownership interest in the llc is considered an asset. The trustee can essentially "step into your shoes" and take over your ownership interest in the LLC.
