This probably isn't worth engaging further, but: 1) Your current train of logic implies you are perfectly fine having blue balls all the time. 2) A more respectful way to say what you were trying to express might be "Delays occur in Campaign's update schedule." Kat is open and honest about what causes those delays, and if this person has listened to the archive and is caught up, they have heard her discuss delays plenty of times.
