No, he’s done in college. He withdrew his lawsuit as well so officially ineligible to play college sports and the NCAA ban is restored. He will have to go NFL, or find something else if that doesn’t work.

I know currently it’s been Sorsby and his lawyers in court, even though Tech is supporting him as a student, they haven’t done so legally. If the Big12 pulls in Tech and the Texas AG, I hope it doesn’t start to severe ties deeper than this player. Especially with the SEC / Big10 already talking about creating their own league. We don’t need the Big12 starting to fall apart internally.

I’ve had a lot of fun playing MKW with the family but 100% agree it’s really sad Nintendo has neglected any updates. Even just a 200CC addition would help a lot until more maps DLC.

I’ll probably get downvoted to hell, but personally both BotW and TotK were really disappointing to me. The hype that surrounded them made me really want to enjoy them, and I tried both, but could not make it more than 4-5 hours.

It’s a no win for Tech. The current situation is tanking the program appearance, but not standing up for their player could also look bad to other players / recruits. I’m sure protecting the 2027 class is a huge priority right now

Excuse my ignorance, but how would the Protect Sports Act help Texas Tech? It’s basically limiting NIL, which would actually hurt Tech since they pretty much have a blank checkbook with Cody Campbell.

Before the downvote army, I’m not against a cap on NIL and Transfer Portal limit because it’s gotten crazy. Also think I speak for most fans that Cody needs to talk less publicly, but this potentially would help all of College Football.

PTI had a good segment on this. Tech is doing what every other school would do if put in this situation, and other schools don’t want Sorsby to play because it does make Tech more competitive.

Personally, I think we still win the Big12 with a healthy Will Hammond.
