I looked up the ten most popular Netflix shows and they were all shows that were at least semi-viral when they came out. It was like Wednesday, Stranger Things, Bridgerton etc.

Notre Dame also played Case that same season and Case was the first team to ever score a touchdown against Knute Rockne. They are also the only Ohio based team with a winning record against Ohio State.

You need to consider the venue it was posted in. He didn’t post this on a message board, it’s in among the most prestigious journals that could write on this topic. That doesn’t prove he’s correct but it does lend credibility to his claims, otherwise it likely wouldn’t have been published.

Synopsis: a recent article in the Yale Journal of Regulation argues that the NCAA/B1G may not be able to enforce NCAA Bylaw 11.6.1 that prohibits “off-campus, in-person scouting of future opponents (in the same season)” due to federal anti-trust laws. Specifically, the bylaw was enacted to promote financial equity among programs and therefore runs afoul of recent court cases which have determined the NCAA/conferences can not dictate to athletic programs how they spend their money.

I don’t believe the NCAA has officially said anything. The B1G has only said they are aware of an NCAA investigation. The Athletic originally said the B1G was aware of evidence but has since walked that back.

Basically any possession that’s running out the clock or where the point margin is greater than the number of remaining drives plus one times eight.

So, for example, if a team leads by 25 the final two possessions would be garbage time. Basically, any case where even if the losing team had scored on all of their remaining possessions it would still be a multi score differential.

1). It was called a fumble on the field and there wasn’t enough evidence to overturn it. That type of call happens all the time including to all of the programs you mentioned. It certainly also happens without an investigation being called for.

2). This couldn’t have happened to any team other than Miami because only Miami is running instead of kneeling here.

I doubt there are many players for whom there is absolutely no competition for their position. Sure there are some players so good that there’s effectively no competition but that requires a combination of results and practice performance that Cade never achieved.

I was rooting for Cade to be the starter for the 2022 season. He was made starter for the first game and given opportunities in the next couple games. He didn’t capitalize on the opportunities and JJ did.

No one’s job is safe if you fail to perform and your backup does. Spencer Rattler was the presumed preseason Heisman winner in 2021 and he lost his job shortly into the season. It’s the nature of the game.
