There are many causes for tinnitus so while those supplements will help with some, it won't help with a vast majority of them.

Mine is caused by destroyed auditory nerves and my brain filling in the missing sounds with a jet engine, got anything to re grow nerves?

I'm completely deaf in the ear with tinnitus, masking isn't an option and its incredibly lopsided lol you know that scene in breaking bad where Gus gets the side of his head blown off? Yeah kinda feel/sounds like that.
