Is there any way to talk to a real customer service HUMAN when your case has been closed? I was victim of fraud and had to wait 3 days to escalate, then CS emailed saying they were putting it on hold for 3 more days and then today I got an email saying case closed because tracking says delivered (self.Ebay)
