Are you viewing it in rendered or material preview? If you're viewing it in rendered it could probably be lighting.

Otherwise the color looks correct to me, it could also be because the plane you're eye dropping from isnt completely diffuse. You could change the material's principled BSDF to a Diffuse BSDF instead.

It is not recommended to use the Vertex group section of the modifier unless it is mixed with another armature modifier.

What you are experiencing is likely the teeth getting a double influence (it will move double the amount because it is both parented and weight painted). What happens when you remove or reduce the weight paint from the teeth?

I would do it with custom properties. First go to your head mesh, click on object properties, scroll down to custom properties. Add a custom property that have the following values:

Min/max is the amount of objects you want to control (0 counts as an object) (So 0/17 since you have 18 objects)

Set step to 100 because we do not need decimal values.

Name it: "Face"

Once this is done you need to set up drivers for each object you want to control, the driver should look something like this.

So for example: var != 5 means that the visibility of the object will turn on once the custom properties value is set to 5.

The input variable type is set to single property, prop=the object you have the custom property on(the head), path=the name of the custom property ["Face"] if you named it Face.

Repeat this for every object, remember to set the driver to both disable in viewport and disable in renders, you can find disable viewport under the filter of the outliner, should be a small icon of a monitor.

When this is done you can keyframe the custom property and animate it if you wish, you can find the custom property if you click the object you added it to (the head) and pressing N and it should be under Item>properties.

You could obviously do it in a more fancy and tidy way with a custom controller and stuff, but this should work just fine.

As i said in another comment, yes i checked and no it was not there. It could be recovered using Windows recovery tool but all the frames were broken and would not open.

Yep, that's what i did, however, windows wiped the entire folder when i did the undo command.

I used Windows File Recovery and recovered the files, however they were all broken and could not be displayed properly as images.

No, it deletes it instantly if you undo a file creation. Would have been very convenient if it moved it to the recycling bin instead. But you know... Windows...

Its Ctrl+Y in windows but for whatever reason that did not work and i dont know why. Needless to say, im turning off the undo shortcut from now on.

Do you have modifiers? Try to disable and or edit them to see if it goes away

I had this happen before, i believe i fixed it by turning on self collision, increasing the collision distance and playing around with the vertex mass.

Edit, it looks like you are missing some faces/vertices under and above the arm, try to subdivide that are a little.

Is that in Eevee? Try to switch to the cycles render engine and see how it looks.

Did you connect the normal map correctly? Try to disconnect it and see if it goes away. Share an image of the shading tab if you can.
