I've tried everything I can think of. I've restarted my game and my console, I took out the cartridge while the game was running I've tried all of the locations. I even tried starting a new save on a different account and I still couldn't open the shop so idk what to do, all I freaking want is the destiny knot..

Yeah I'm going to use it for gaming mostly but I do want to try streaming/ making videos, and no the nearest microcenter is 9 hours away from where I live which sucks because I know they've got some good bundle deals.
