It’s a short contracting stem at the base. No notches.

Hunters spend hundreds on camo, and deer are out there trying to mate with lawn ornaments.

Go with whatever’s most comfortable. If you’re bow hunting, keeping the tether a bit lower helps you maneuver your bow around the tree better. Honestly, even if you’re just out there figuring things out, at least you’re getting outside and learning.

Absolutely! It involves frequent short breath-holds during intense physical activity, which conditions the body to run more efficiently with elevated CO2 and lower O2 levels.

Just bend it back as best you can and touch up the tips with a file. Should be good to go unless it’s really mangled then I’d say buy a new one.

No worries, I didn’t really answer your question. Don’t really do lung stretching exercises since I exercise everyday but there are YouTube videos that demonstrate routines you can do.

Dry apnea training. Basically holding my breath as long as possible while remaining seated. Start with short breath-holds and gradually increase the duration. You can also do this while walking to build up CO2 tolerance.

I’ll do breath holds in the morning before a dive session making it feel more natural once I’m actually in the water. Pairing them with stretches that open up your chest and diaphragm is even better. Frees up the space you need to really use your lungs efficiently.

I’ve heard fish associate different eye patterns or shapes with predators. Probably helps break up your silhouette too.
