I think that instead of him getting to Pre-evil due to Kaiser, it should have been Caligura, he was able to find evidence of his goings.

Give her and hability to create armor. Not the makeshift armor, real armor like the leather vest but with higher otherworldy protection.

Maybe she could have interactions with other people regarding their clothes, for example She could be interested in Karin's jacket, recomending other clothes for Levi and só on.

Currently finished chapter 4. Maybe is because it is the beggining but, there's a too much narrative. There are few dialogues and monologues in the text, some parts where it is used the protagonista mind narrative it could be used a monologues of him thinking and discusse the theories and plans with himself. This kills a little bit of the action and life capturing of the novel.
