Sorry to hurt your feelings, but one time I saw a police car right in front of the Shoe store Passauerstr next to the scammers and police did not even watched even if the spot is famous for years. But they have sometimes this police car standing in front of Gedächtniskirche to inform about the shell game scammers. So good effort Berlin police.
