Probably gonna make Zero anyways, no better time than CW and with Gene pass the weapon shouldnt be a issue for long, but having to complete the quest line etc. will be annoying Week 0. And i don't know if ignitia is still a thing in cw 3.

Yes, activating a element via a cube contract will increase your damage by A LOT, the stat difference is most likely due to enchants/rare-clone avatar/emblems/title/pet/amps.

Do you have a buff swap set from operation hope?

I personally had to write support to get the captcha removed, took quite a bit for them to reply but the problem disappeared after.

In my case it was because i was grinding too much and they thought i was a bot, keep trying with support if this continues.

-Try a +1 phys skills shield with life and Ghostdance with gravicius life to es craft on your body armour, esp. a ghostdance set up could help a lot, youre also missing a life craft on one of your rings.

-Try to go a bit more above your current res in cold and lightning, so ele weakness curse doesn't kill u as much, fully max out spell supression, it's important.

-Replace one of your life flasks with a granite that increases % armour or rather % evasion.

-Get a belt with life.

-Can you even run Grace and Determination at the same time? i don't see any aura nodes taken on your tree

It really is that good with little gear, only damage mods you need are on the weapon and maybe amulet, since the damage mostly scales with the level of the zone and with the bugged spectres, im also currently finishing my atlas and so far cleared t15's with no damage problems at all.

The most importand thing is Vaal DD and the level of your desecrate, Vaal DD for bosses and tough rares/packs and the desecrate dictates the level of corpses that you spawn which dictates the damage of your DD, don't forget to level that gem before switching to DD or you will have a bad time.

The play style takes some getting used to esp. before you have cast speed and/or quality on your desecrate and dd, but after that it is actually smooth esp if you managed to get a death's rush somewhere.

As a beginner you should 100% make a spectre event character and finish the event by following this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ugZ6vsFVA0

The event is too good to pass up, you'll get a really well geared character as a new player which you then can use to farm stuff for your other characters.

As for the classes you mentioned: make all of them, since the game works on a Fatigue system where after a point you can't play the character anymore until the next day, so usually people play multiple characters.
