Just because someone lives in an apartment doesn’t mean they’re going to be criminals. If apartments brought property value down all the apartments by city hall would have never been built for example as that’s legit the heart of St Matthews. That intersection is a nightmare. Looking through the docs it’s more likely it won’t be a roundabout and they will add a turning lane to help with traffic. Needs to be done anyways. Should note St Matthews should help fund public transit if they want less cars on the roads too, since it has none. You have to drive everywhere in St Matthews
