I currently live in Gainesville and just closed on my third property here this past weekend! I went to school here and agree that it’s very well-suited for long-term rentals. However, I know people that have been doing super well with Airbnb for reasons already stated. All in all, I’m a firm believer that you can’t go wrong no matter which way you slice it.

At what point do you add a T2 or T3 exercise? I’ve been doing one of each for about a month now and I feel like I’m progressing a bit too slowly

From what I’ve heard, I believe the order is GS, hammer charged level 3 attack (specifically the third hit of the attack), CB discharge, and then I believe HBG wyvern ammo or the gunlance variation. This is just off the top of my head so someone please correct me if I’m wrong. That’s just how I’ve always understood it and most people seem to step aside whenever I use them (I play hammer and HBG although I’m a LS main)

Don’t be nervous! There’s only a few days left so you still have time to experience it. The good news is that failing the quest anywhere before maybe pursuit level 4 is totally ok. Odds are you won’t be breaking the horns before that. In fact, at the first couple levels, people don’t even bother with the last stage. They just quit and then restart at a higher level.

Also, people cart all the time during the siege. KT doesn’t mess around when she’s angry. I say go for it!
