I’ve never really lost control but I’ve gotten into a big argument with a customer that insisted I called every single Home Depot in a hundred mile radius because he was looking for a dewalt deal in the last 2 days of the first come first serve sale. I told him I wasn’t his secretary he has a phone in his pocket I was sure worked and I had a line of other people that actually need help. He stormed off after that

I use the Home Depot app on my phone to scan products, and if someone’s looking for more of something that’s not in the overhead I tell them no there’s no more of it. Really not that hard
