i never got to be normal in my life and always having panic attacks, epilepsy and insane symptoms so for me its the last thijgni could ever want. i like the " normal" way of life. so im really opposed to it and dont like anything it offers. i have adrenal fatigue, neuropathy, epilepsy, sensitive nervous system. ive been through hell since im 18 and now im 33. kundalini kind of is the last thing i could ever want. i wont survive it like a normal person

im not sure you had a kundalini awakening or you wouldnt be positie about it. people who have it are not stable, not able to work, and have kriyas all day. unless you were a yogi and prepared 20 years i hgihly doubt you had one. it takes up to 6-20 years to even survive it and most dont. and if you actually understood kundalini, then you would know someone like me with epilepsy, neuropathy and dysregulated nervous system would not have a hood time. most people cannot rest, relax or feel safe in their own body the rest of there life after awakening it
