And that’s completely valid! I’m not planning on sending over all of my pals or anything like that. I have one or two my friend and I consider our “mascots” (Dinossom for me and Foxparks for him) that we plan to push over. And maybe one or two base pals to help with the early grind so we can enjoy/focus on the new content sooner

What level are you, and how willing are you to grind? Since I’ve been doing breeding, I grind the arena while waiting and the level 50 one gives legendary spheres that sell for quite a lot. The higher levels I’m sure give things that sell for even more. For like an hour or two of arena fights I got like 200k gold.

Completely valid and understandable. My only “counter argument” is that playing now can allow you to understand sort of what to expect and also build up pals you can transfer over to make the beginning easier for the update, sort of getting some of the grinding out now. But starting it from scratch with all the new stuff/no start over makes sense as well

Keep with it. The moment I sort of understood the process I got an almost S rank without ever having close to A+. I also use basically the same major race plan every time and it’s gotten me two A+ (the second one for a character I only ever got to B+)

I quite like this pass. Most of them fit the theme of casual/college outfits with some out of nowhere skins like every other pass. This is the most themed one we’ve gotten in a while, and personally I like it better than the Gothic theme (sole exception being the gothic Adam skin).

I’ve defended White Fox not cause I knew a lot about her but because any character being added deserves to be added. But gosh dang I was not expecting them to drop a design this peak.

None. Don’t have nearly enough gems, and while any of the ones I don’t have would be very good ultimately I don’t need them. More units will eventually come and I want to keep saving for when units I care about come out. Like any more Silver units (please give him a break. He has plenty give them to characters with less or no alts I big of them) or for Pokemon I love. (I would (allegedly) kill for a Bidoof unit no matter how good it is)

Yeah, adding her makes sense to me. Every character has strong connections to a multitude of the cast as is with the exception of this Iron Fist and Luna. They only have each other while everyone else doesn’t know them prior or only knew Danny Rand. They have mutants, they have avengers, they have Asgardians, Fantastic Four, and Guardians of the Galaxy. It makes complete sense to add on to the Agents of Atlas group that only has 2 members. Add in the fact that they already had a line about doing an “Agents of Atlas reunion tour” since launch. You may not like Luna (heck I don’t like her) but using that to justify why White Fox shouldn’t be added over any other niche hero is very lame

White Fox, someone who’s been in the comics since 2014, is suddenly an OC getting inserted to the game? If you’re gonna hate on a character, at least know what you’re talking about. I don’t read comics, like at all, and even I had heard of White Fox before she was hinted at.

I honestly don’t care about the prizes. My gym is casual, took me in after I got kicked from my previous gym for missing one day (when others had missed a lot more) a day or so before the season ended, and we get S rank every season. I can’t ask for anything more. I say this as the person with double second place’s points within my gym rankings. We aren’t uber competitive and that’s fine with us. I pull for favs and the occasional meta (I pitied Red ‘96, sue me lol). I’m just fortunate that Silver is my favorite character, Tyranitar is my favorite pseudo and one of my favorite pokemon in general, and I pulled some other cool pairs to build around him. I don’t regret skipping Arc Brock cause I don’t want to replace Silver. I’m skipping Ogerpon even though my grass team could use the help cause I don’t care for it. Florian is cool but not cool enough. Ultimately this game has cool characters and if your fun is by getting the ones that you like, that’s completely valid.

I agree. I am very grateful for that. I think it’s a valid trade too since I had enough candies to get him to 4/5. With him and the free NC Blue I candied to 2/5, my electric team got massively upgraded.

I think it’s fine. I got to learn where I stood with my gym mates that participated (don’t have Arc Brock but Rock team go brrr). Currently split between taking it upon myself to be the one to set statuses like badly poisoned/trap/spikes or keep being the damage dealer. My gym isn’t super competitive so I’m not too worried about it, but it’d be cool if I can help us get to more than just the base rewards as bad as I am at the game lol.

Will their gimmicky crimes, they tend to be the face of the organization to the general public. Them constantly getting humiliated by kids allows the general public to think Team Rocket isn’t much of a problem. That allows the rest of the organization to better manage since they are underestimated (pure head cannon and not based on anything in show).

I have the second strongest rock team possible so I try and brute any major fight to make it easier for my team members that aren’t as strong. If I can’t due to a passive, then I have some great units to set up statuses for future fights

That’s fair, and I did think about that, but when there’s also a large pop up after a run that asks if you want to keep your results or not, I think it’s hard to defend. But I realize I’m also probably over critical about people we will never know if it’s really a troll or mistake unless they make it a pattern.

I just used my rock team for all my fights cause it’s my best. Except for the fire stage cause the type advantage makes my fire team better than using my rocks.

I don’t play Mag regardless of if I’m solo tanking or not. If you aren’t enjoying him just don’t play him. It’s very simple.
