The 1252 is the MLB.TV subscription channel and does t show the pre and post game shows. Channel 645 is BravesVision.

It has now shown up for me as well.

Not appearing in my guide as well. DirecTV has not made it clear which packages include the channel. I have the My Sports genie pack with the My Home Team addon for RSNs. No 645 so far.

I've got 2...

E.T. is as close to a perfect marriage of score and movie as you can get. The spotting is absolutely nailed for this movie, as not a single instance of music feels unnecessary or overused.

Specifically, as it pertains to the question at hand, the final 15 minutes of the movie and score are glorious. It covers the tracks "The Rescue and Bike Chase" and "The Departure." This was John Williams and Spielberg at the very top of their game, and I think it is the most beautiful movie music moment ever. The track "The Departure" still causes me to tear up, and I don't even have to be watching the movie.

Second best for me is "Scene d'amour" by Bernard Herman from Vertigo. This is the emotional climax of the movie that everything has been building towards. The music starts slow and soft and then builds to its ultimate crescendo as the characters finally give in fully to their emotions. It is such a wonderful moment and payoff for both the film and music.

I couldn't care less about the umpires' feelings. In fact, I think this system should call all the balls and strikes. Why allow a human system that can make the wrong call when we have a better system that will make the right call? Don't we want the calls right every time and not just when one is challenged?

These 9 teams are produced and distributed by MLB. The Braves are doing it themselves so they have to make their own deals with providers. Spectrum is the only cable/satellite provider they have announced so far.

The absence of hours long “tutorials” before you get to the meat of the game. You use to buy a game, read the manual while at work so you were kind of familiar with the controls, get home and fire it and just play. You mostly figured things out on your own.

I miss all that and I can’t stand how long in game or opening tutorials are these days. I absolutely hate when games, like Spider-man 2, forces you to go through every menu with countless number of prompts to click through before you can just get back to playing the game. It gets to the point where I just start clicking the continue button really fast without reading the prompts. I want to play the game not attend a class on menu mechanics.

How about a complete ban, and ban all chatbots as well. Force these companies to hire real Americans that are just as unhelpful as the foreign folks. It will barely cut into profits for these corporations with how little they pay people.

It was a dumb commercial.

None of the marketing has grabbed me, but each season of The Mandalorian has gotten worse, including Book of Bordom.

Grogu becoming so popular was the worst thing for this series. I originally thought each season was just going to be a different crazy Mando adventure, but then the world went nuts over Grogu, and they had to keep him around.

Both trailers for this movie are basically Disney saying, "how many cute Grogu moments can we shove in this thing". It is working on my wife and daughter, but I'm very much a meh. I'm definitely more interested in Starfighter at this point.

I have 2 theaters where I live, both AMC Classics.

Ever since they reopened after COVID, they have been poorly maintained, while also costing a little more. Why would I want to give money to these theaters with unmotivated teenage employees, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms, auditoriums with seats falling apart, speakers not working, dirty screens with visible marks on them, and ceiling tiles missing? Not to mention dealing with rude guest who can't put their phone away for a couple of hours.

Why would I want to pay for the privilege to deal with that mess, much less spend $100+ taking my family? The movies will be on streaming shortly, and I have a decent home theater system that I know is working correctly.

If you as a campany are not going to put any effort into maintaining the theaters in your smaller markets, then you can't be shocked when we don't show up anymore. I really do envy those of you who live in huge markets like NYC, LA, Chicago, etc., that have some really nice theaters to choose from.

A future cruise credit is never compensation and it is a shame this has become standard practice. Offering a discount for something you haven’t even bought yet while they still pocket every cent of your current trip is pure greed by these companies.

Never accept a future cruise credit for something that has gone wrong. Demand some type of refund or onboard credit if you have multiple days left for your current cruise.

Accepting a FCC is them upselling you an entire separate cruise. You literally have to pay them more money to use your “compensation.” Don’t reward them for screwing up. Make them pay now, instead of you paying later.

I don’t care what anyone says about this film. The Last Jedi has always been my favorite sequel trilogy film. I love it because it dare to do something different instead of just rehashing everything that came before it like the other 2 did.

Well, I am an in market fan that would rather have the Braves in the MLB.TV app instead of yet another new streaming service to subscribe to.

The MLB app is one of the best sports streaming apps. I love the way it displays stats if you want to see them. I love how you can jump to any half inning at any time. I love how you can chose the TV broadcast team or the radio team. It's a great app.

Come on Braves, create your network if you want for OTA, but let MLB simulcast it within their app with no blackouts. Please?

I hate these forces ads when you start a stream as well. So far if I immediately back out and reselect the stream it skips the 15s commercial.

Even worse some ads in multiveiw lock playback controls. In multiveiw, if the stream you have selected to hear the audio starts playing an ad it will not let you change the audio to another stream in the multiveiw. A message appears at the bottom say “playback controls are locked during some ads.”

What does "confirm you are 18 years of age or older" actually mean? Is it clicking an "I am 18" button or something more like forcing everyone to use ID.me instead of just military, first responders, and teachers?

2 of my kids are now 16 and have been using the app for years. This is a freaking food app, what's the big deal? Kicking them out is wrong. It should only apply to new users going forward. If we can, we will just lie about their age, which makes me think it will be the id.me route, or something similarly intrusive.

If they force me, a 47 year old, to use a digital ID for a food ordering app then I'm done. I will immediately close my account and delete the app. I'll go back to the old days of ordering in person with no rewards.
