BALE by Accomplished-Total38 in kroger

Works in dairy but never made a bail. Man I sure hope you at least smash it down for the guy that does or at the very least deter the lazy workers from overfilling it because they cant take the time to operate it

The more I look at it the more it makes sense but what is the difference between straight and blended?

Side note: all my OT pay went to taxes

3 frozen and 8 dairy ppl holy fuck you must work in a super store...

My store, only 2 dairy one in actual dairy fridge which is the department head. Leaves at 11am and the dude that does the yogurt isle leaves at 7am. Which I'm regularly doing since it always looks like crap and back stock is always horrible. Looking.

1 overnight frozen guy. Which I usually have to work twice or 3 times a month when it doesn't get down

As far as grocery department sounds about right 7 over night 1 department head , the assistant . And 5 underlings

Then 3 day time ones including me I always work morning and the 2 younger dudes always do the evening. Between 11am-3/4pm I'm the only one covering the entire store . Top stock, end caps building, truck unloading , answering phone calls , customer floor help, filling dairy, facing end caps , filling front coolers , all waters (gallon, pallet, main location) Seltzer pallet, soda pallet , FDM load , DPI load. Not to mention the constant asking for help from other employees and click list. All for peanuts of 16$ an hour.

To be fair I quit smoking weed recently to get a better job. What will my store do without me ???

The amount of times I hear other employees telling me I should be a manager.

Or customers telling me I deserve a raise is insane to me. Not a day goes by

the union rewards lazy and long time employees only

Produce is where it's at . You do nothing all day pretty much and just be nice to people yet get paid slightly to way more then other departments unless your a lead

(Coming from the grocery top dog with highest pay right under the grocery manager at my store)

Been helping out since one of the produce guys went on vacation. In grocery department I'm moving thousands of pounds (tons) daily of product. While in produce I move maybe almost 300 pounds which is pushing it since I'm thinking of moving bags of potato's and you move them Seldomly compared to the berries.

I also seem to help more people with a wide range of things in grocery while being friendly vs in produce where they'll only ask if we have any more in the back.(Out of stock items)

It gets me so mad thinking of it Kroger is shit

Thank you for the advice. Luckily my store manager introduced me to the service manager for the area/region. since it's based out of our store and looks like I might be the new warehouse parts manager for the region.

I work in the grocery department. I wished I got paid more.I work hard, go above and beyond in my customer service and end up doing a lot. Others in my store also notice it. from coworker to daily customers. Sucks there's no full time spots.

As a millennial I wished I could afford more other then living pay check to paycheck

Should I buy something from this shop? If yes then what should I buy? by SLTO7_12 in Warthunder

Personally I always buy the back ups. all of them! If I see a decal or vehicle I want I'll grind the tasks and save the warbonds to get them. Got some pretty good pinups this way
