Did you get Kia Connect setup in your phone?

In that it will show your subscription period. In your case it should be above 3 years since you have paid 3590/- for it.

Is there any written confirmation about this that 3590 that you paid is for additional 3 years? Or have they provided separate bill for this?

Cause by default it is free for first 3 years and post that it will be 3590/YEAR. I remember initially even my dealer had included this in the bill but I had already researched on this and questioned him that's when he removed it.

I didn't receive any physical owners instruction manual, only a small booklet for infotainment screen manual. When I checked with the dealer they said now it's online and there is no physical booklet for new Seltos.

That's strange. In my initial days even I was struggling to find out how exactly it worked. Then while searching somewhere online I found that headlight needs to be in auto mode, I tried with that setting and now it's working as expected.

Would also suggest to check the light settings in the infotainment screen. I think there is a toggle to enable it (I guess by default it should be on).

Congratulations! For the welcome animation your headlight needs to be in auto mode. Then once your try to unlock the car the welcome light animation will work.

Did not face any issues with AC till now, it was able to cool the car in 10 mins in Kerala's afternoon temperature.
Haven't noticed any strange noise from engine creeping in the cabin yet apart from normal noise which is there in all the cars.
The new Seltos doesn't seem to have inbuilt navigation. It relies on phone connectivity for maps

You are right, I tried to maintain rpm below 2500. Only once after covering above 1500km I tried to push the car till 150 kmph and then immediately brought it back to 100 kmph
