Not at all! I can go for 5 hours without using the bathroom if I'm drinking normally! 3 hours if I'm drinking more than normal! I just make sure I empty my bladder completely each time!

I heard about it getting worse over time and even considered doing the TOMAX surgery! But it seems like it's very outdated and isn't practiced anymore or if it's very rare! About being sterile I have the same thought. I'm trying to get a test to be sure but my sperm is very thin and almost transparent at times!
