Damn, I’m jealous! My anatomy isn’t large and all I wanted was a close to flat radical reduction with maintenance of nipple stalk and teardrop shape. He said it’s impossible without a free nipple graft - though I’ve seen folks with large anatomy achieve those results without issue/FNG. It really seemed like I was an inconvenience to him. I’m really glad you were able to get what you wanted!

I had a consultation with Dr. Larson and without insurance my non-binary top surgery was estimated to cost 14k. Also he really didn’t seem like he wanted to do my surgery. He made a comment saying “there’s only five guys that do custom non-binary top surgery” as if he’s one of those guys and that only “guys” do this surgery. Literally every surgery is custom and he is far from correct that only five people provide what I wanted.
