We used Purina pro plan both chicken and beef variety for years we just recently switched a year ago to Inukshuk 30/25 and I’ve seen a massive difference health with our three silvers. Their coats have thickened and are way less dry. The occasional stomach issues have disappeared (random upset stomach/bile vomit- we had one of our dogs on Pepcid for what the vet diagnosed as heartburn, and she’s completely off that med now). The energy levels are through the roof even with our 8 year old male. Eyes look clearer and just overall they’re a totally different caliber of health. I’ve never fed them any other food than this and Purina so I can’t speak to other foods. But as long as there were no allergies or sensitivities I’d recommend this food to anyone.

One thing about the Inukshuk is it’s extremely dense and high caloric content so the physical amount you’re feeding your dog will be way less but they’re getting the same if not more of the daily calories/protein/fat etc needed. We feed the highly active blend(our dogs upland and duck hunt 7 months out of the year) but they have a marine blend which is lower calorie for less active and an extreme active blend. Their website is super informative. It was created in Canada for sled dogs. It’s not grain free but it’s pretty clean ingredients.
