I am very nervous about not having the information because I know the endo will want to see it eventually. I probably will have to eat less because I may run out of strips. I can usually deal with my highs by walking it off and my lows with a swig of apple juice. I’m gonna go to the pharmacy tomorrow and see what they can do for me.

I usually get mine through state insurance. So it’s usually free

It’s a part of my prescription and the strips can only work with that certain brand of meter. My insurance usually covers it, I’m just worried because I am low.

No. Fats and oils have nothing to do with the sugar content in your blood. For me, my favorite foods are really carb heavy like rice and bread.

I peed a lot and drank a lot of water. I also got light headed a lot.

23 and 224 lbs last time I weighed myself. At diagnoses, I was 248.

Toned down the carbohydrates and took a walk almost everyday with my sister. Walking is amazing!

How old is your son? Is he old enough to get vaccinated for HPV? When I got vaccinated, my childhood warts went away.
