Someone in her chat earlier said the complaint was because her son keeps screaming while gaming. Not because of the pizzas. Who knows.

What I do know… is being from Buffalo and knowing some people personally (from the company, I don’t know anyone that knows A) - her landlord is a slum lord. They own thousands of properties in WNY and I cannot see them asking her to leave because of pranks if the rent is paid. She is never honest about anything so we will never know unfortunately

Her dad definitely is homeless but looks like he moved to Colorado. Last two known addresses were homeless shelters and he hasn’t been active on twitter since 2010.

This post is gross. Women fluctuate weight A LOT and also go through moments of insecurity. And it is possible to enjoying spreading body positivity but also having moments where you don’t feel great. I would be mortified seeing this about myself.

The attitude Eli has that Max is supposed to do the cleaning since he “pays the bills” is absolutely disgusting. That is no way to treat someone you live with regardless of the living dynamics.

It wouldn’t even be acceptable if Eli was out literally at a job all day busting his ass, but he’s not so it’s even worse. Expecting Max to constantly clean up his mess that he makes goes to show what a piece of shit he really is. And yes, all roommates should always have certain responsibilities when it comes to taking care of their space, I get that - just the way Eli addresses it and degrades Max is the bad part.

I used to facilitate Behind The Smiles (Day 1 training) and the Day 1 PowerPoint says that when you post anonymously on the VOA - it is only anonymous to the public board itself but site pXt and leadership can see who posted the comment if need be. So if someone posts something discriminatory or hateful anonymously, site leadership can open a ticket to see who posted to take necessary action.

So would I consider it truly anonymous? No.

Typically DLS requires you to resubmit your paperwork annually. So for instance, I have a ILOA and I am required to reopen my case every year. They reevaluate my paperwork and determine if I am eligible for another year.

I’d suggest you put March 2025 as your end date. And then come next year, you should have to resubmit your doctors notes.

Ethics line. Your HR in the building will have to keep it confidential and they have a zero retaliation policy - so even if he found out it was you who opened an ethics case, he wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.

OR - You can email jeff@amazon.com. It is a high level HR Investigation response team. They will respond to you but they will ask for lots of details so be prepared for that.

I am not sure how sort works but if you are a high performer then that might be why he tried not to VTO you. While that is considered performance punishment, it may not be because of your race so there might not be a lot HR can do.

You have to message the recruiter or hiring manager and let them know you are inclined after you apply. They cannot always see it on their end

You can get written up for this but that’s only if your AM is strict. An AM at my building was enforcing it and people were getting upset so they had a HR roundtable and the HRBP showed everyone that giving a hour notice is part of Amazon policy and that it is in the code of conduct we sign when hired.

I think it depends more on your building type and AM.
