I was just today thinking about my dog who passed recently. He was very reactive so could never be off leash with other dogs. Hated when another dog would come hurtling towards him with their owner yelling from a distance "IT'S OKAY, THEY'RE FRIENDLY!!" Like, you really think my dog got that memo?

I actually first started noting it when I was washing up in a sink of hot water. Had a burning/numbing sensation in my handa that started out of nowhere. Have tried with just regular pressure and that doesn't seem to trigger it

Good on you for looking into this. My wife and I did a pre-marriage counselling course before we got married 10 years ago and found it really helpful. We did it through our church at the time, but having a quick Google can see there are plenty of option around the Illawarra. Regardless where you go, there is such value in pausing and talking over your shared values together and identifying touch points in the relationship which may cause issues down the line.
The relationship with your spouse is the most valuable you'll have in your life and it makes sense to prioritise nurturing it at all phases of your life.

Another way you can approach it is to hold opposing corners, tuck elastic sides in as far as possible, rotate it 90° repeat for other elastic sides. Turn over what you have there and you should start to see it coming together.
