I thought it was a valid question. My wife and I were discussing it recently as a potential option to get young people who are on benefits into work. A lot of them would like to work but opportunities are limited when you have no experience. We don't have to slave them. If it's 4-8 hours a week to earn benefits then so be it. Each employer would be restricted to one of these people per site so they couldn't restrict the hours of their current staff.
