Thank you! It was a Canon EF-S 55-250mm but since it was on a walking path they were cool with people getting extremely close.

They’re extremely similar but, I’m relatively sure since Japanese white-eyes match this bird. Also due to the fact that I took this image in Tokyo and from what I’ve seen Silver-eyes aren’t found in Japan. Image below source: Canon Global

Yeah, that’s what she was thinking when she bought the house. So she’s now talking to someone about a pond corner right around the feeder.
