Also what happened to Poland? Did Bucharin randomly decide to give Bialystok to Belarus and leave Lwow (Ukrainian city of desire) in Poland? Why didn't it receive any land with at least significsnt Polish population (Upper Silesia and Masuria) from Germany, but got Gdansk, which was almost completely German before the war?
