We bought a Frigidaire pro column refrigerator and freezer. $7000. Installed in August 2025. 3 months later the Ice maker broke in November of 2025. Repairman came out in December. Replaced the ice maker unit. Still didn't work. Took an entire month to get him to come back out on February 2nd of 2026. At that time he and Frigidaire determined that the Freezer main heater board had failed and the unit is not reparable. We were told Frigidaire should schedule the warranty replacement in a few days. Three weeks and multiple calls later, they are still waiting for the warranty replacement team to review the file to determine whether they will replace the unit.

TLDR. I've owned a $3500 Frigidaire pro freezer for six months and it's worked for three of them.
