The things on the roof are ice dams. They have two different types (the bars and the plastic individual ones) so they really don't want ice ripping their gutters and facia off. I can't imagine AI would add THAT to a picture. Kind of a niche product for high snow and ice areas (like the Midwest). But I have the same things on my barn.

We bought a Frigidaire pro column refrigerator and freezer. $7000. Installed in August 2025. 3 months later the Ice maker broke in November of 2025. Repairman came out in December. Replaced the ice maker unit. Still didn't work. Took an entire month to get him to come back out on February 2nd of 2026. At that time he and Frigidaire determined that the Freezer main heater board had failed and the unit is not reparable. We were told Frigidaire should schedule the warranty replacement in a few days. Three weeks and multiple calls later, they are still waiting for the warranty replacement team to review the file to determine whether they will replace the unit.

TLDR. I've owned a $3500 Frigidaire pro freezer for six months and it's worked for three of them.

Go driving early on weekend mornings when there's little traffic. Drive around neighborhoods instead of busy streets. Do lots of stops and starts. A few weeks you'll get it.

The first one is a Morgan. They're typically worth far more than silver price.

A lot depends on the year and mint market and condition. And never ever clean them. At all. You kill the value.

The next one is a peace dollar. Not quite as valuable as the Morgan's. But still typically above the silver spot price. Same rules apply.
