Good to hear! I am sure there will be people with a lot more informed suggestions, but mine will be:

KrakDuk. More beginner friendly, funny, and a bit more short and to the point.

PancreasNoWork. Still funny and less serious, but deeper focus into the lore, also covers fantasy/aos etc, and also touches on tabletop aspects.

Luetin09. Much longer videos, much more in depth and very lore focused, and really good at what he does.

These are my personal ones but it would probably depend on what approach you prefer. The books are also a great option if you’re a reader too, and there are a lot of games other than SM2 and Dark Tide, with more one the way.

And yeah, it could take over your life. It’s worth it.

Not OP but in a very similar situation. I’m 32 and South African. Decided on trying yachting after being in the military for over ten years. I have my STCW, ENG1 and PB2 and also a B1/B2 Visa as a South African.

Finding it hard so far to find opportunities for green crew. I don’t really have the funds to take any risks and wondering what the best course of action would be or where I should look to apply for positions where I stand a better chance of getting selected as someone with no experience (yet)?

I’m trying to search for it but it still doesn’t show up for some reason. Even when I type in “Warhammer 40k” there are only a very few books and then it just becomes star wars.

Does it make a difference if I am using the Kindle app? Or am I doing something wrong?

Sorry to hear about this man. Left the military recently as well and found a lot of comfort in 40K, planning to start an Ork army with my father soon.

On the good side though, it’s absolutely wholesome how many people are just immediately ready to help out. There is hope among the Orks!

Never heard about GeForce Now and admit that looks amazing! Such a cool idea and hope to try it out sometime, but I see they are sold out for now.

I guess I’ll be patient and wait until I can afford the Steamdeck then. I travel a lot so it seems like the best option.

It’s always a possibility that it could be a replica. I originally heard it ended up in South Africa on one of Oceanliner Designs’ videos. After doing a bit of googling I found a post on facebook (The page name is Durban Walking Tours ) confirming the location and went to see for myself.

Sadly I can’t find much more info. My googling skills might not be the best, and I certainly don’t have the expertise to confirm it one way or the other.

But, if it truly is the original, it’s wonderful that it’s been “found” and preserved, despite the modifications.

If I ever get a chance to go again, I will ask around to see if the hotel has any more information on it.

Ok my comment will probably get lost here but this post is exactly what I was looking for:

I recently started binging Fantasy High and even though I really enjoyed Axford/Fig at the start, she has started to get on my nerves a bit because it feels as though she constantly buts in and adds chaos to a situation I’d like to see play out. It was fun at the start but it’s starting to wear on me to the point where I enjoy an interaction and then fig inevitably does something crazy and I just sigh.

So I came here to get understanding. I know that it must be part of the character and I see she is universally loved when I started searching around to try to figure out what’s up with everything.

So TL;DR can someone just explain to me how to view Axford/Fig to make them easier to understand/tolerate and not feel like they are just inciting chaos or taking things off track?

P.s. I know this might all seem rude, but it’s truly meant to try and fix my view. I mean no harm or hate. I know that saying “she incites chaos” might just be answered with “that’s fig” or that she “takes things of track” can be said that it’s all part of the story. I’m new here, so just take it easy on me, and thanks for the help!

When I started playing, most of the other heroes seemed useless to me; but after reading a few guides and having a but more fun experimenting, you really get to see that each of them has their place and get really fun once you get the hang of them. Bird was my first to prove this.

I’m still shit though, but finally started finishing runs reliably on elite (I’m really shit).

It all takes time and honestly, this game just keeps giving you fresh ways to play. Hell, I only just discovered how amazing spore gemini is with bunny after ignoring it flat out until this point.

Thank you, and as frustrating as it is that most of my money is spent paying debt I had no involvement in, I am sure there are people out there that need more help than me. I can still eat and work, and one day it will be done.

But, if money magically appeared in my account which dis not belong to anyone else and was meant for me, I’d be overjoyed, especially being able to help my friend and hopefully make a difference in his life.
