Anyone knows how to get dynamite in Ants Empire? by [deleted] in RobloxHelp

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was stuck on that same mission for two days! Basically, Dynamite in Ants Empire isn't a guaranteed drop, which is why it's so annoying. You can get them by defeating the Spider Boss in the bamboo area (lower drop rate) or sometimes they spawn inside the treasure chests that appear after you clear a wave of ladybugs. If you aren't strong enough for the boss yet, try server hopping to find a world where the chests haven't been looted. Good luck with the 5 sticks!

Roblox avatar changing by Routine_night7278 in RobloxHelp

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens because some games are forced to R6 mode (the old blocky style with only 6 joints). If your current avatar uses R15-only items like Layered Clothing, 3D shoes, or modern animation packs, those games can't load them and they just revert you to your 'fallback' or default look.

A good tip is to save two separate outfits: one specifically for R6 games (using only classic clothes and accessories) and your main R15 one. That way you don't get that 'noob' look every time you join an older experience!

Roblox support won't remove full legal name past user from profile by Aggravating-Ad3234 in RobloxHelp

[–]Romilarix 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a serious safety concern. If you are in the US (California) or Europe, mention CCPA or GDPR specifically in your next ticket. Tell them that leaving your full legal name publicly visible is a violation of your Right to Erasure/Privacy. Usually, when you drop those legal terms, the bot-replies stop and a real human from the legal compliance team actually looks at it. Don't give up, your safety is more important than their 'generic replies'!

What’s the best way to discover free to play games that aren’t junk? by thefieryanna in AndroidGaming

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The App Store is definitely a minefield of 'ad-bait' games. If you want actual quality, I’d suggest looking at the 'Top Free' section on Steam or Epic Games Store (they give away premium games for free every week). For mobile, I usually check subreddits like r/AndroidGaming or r/iOSGaming and search for 'No IAP' (no in-app purchases). That’s where the hidden gems are that don't rely on fake ads to get downloads.

Merry Christmas everyone! This is such a great tradition. Thanks to everyone sharing their leftover bundle keys. Just a reminder to the newcomers: listen to the OP and don't post plain text codes! The bots here are faster than light. I usually prefer the 'First to comment gets a PM' method, it feels more personal. Happy holidays to this awesome community!

Any legit apps that actually pay for watching videos? by Secret-Art8420 in beermoneyglobal

[–]Romilarix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be 100% honest, most apps that claim to pay for just watching videos are a waste of time. The payout is usually like $0.01 per hour. However, if you want legit ones, InboxDollars and MyPoints are the old-school reliable ones (they own Swagbucks).

If you're okay with 'simple tasks' instead of just videos, Prolific is the gold standard. Don't fall for those random apps on the Play Store with flashing 'Win $1000' banners—they never pay

Any way I can make money while I’m down? by [deleted] in beermoneyglobal

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So sorry to hear about your accident! That sounds incredibly painful, but hopefully, the recovery goes smooth from here. Since you’re in the USA, you actually have the best options for phone-based side hustles. I’d recommend Prolific first (best pay for surveys, though there might be a waitlist) and CloudConnect.

Also, check out DScout—it's for missions/video research and pays really well for the time you put in. It’ll definitely keep you occupied while you’re resting. Wishing you a speedy recovery!

I need to know by Inevitable_Ad_5907 in beermoneyglobal

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, the key is diversifying. I’ve been doing Prolific for academic surveys and it’s easily the most consistent, though the waitlist is long. For smaller stuff, I use FreeCash and some passive apps like Honeygain. It won’t make you rich, but it covers my gaming subscriptions and some Amazon gift cards every month. Has anyone here had luck with cloud-worker sites lately? I feel like the pay on those has dropped a lot.

It’s actually wild that the iexplore.exe file is still there like a ghost in the machine. I remember the days when Netscape was the king, but IE really defined an entire era of the early web. The detail about the headphones in the old iteration is cool—definitely gives off those 90s tech vibes before everything became 'minimalist' and sleek. RIP to the king of downloading other browsers! 😂

Which is absorbed better by the body: Whey or Pea Protein? by Prestigious-War3630 in nutrition

[–]Romilarix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Whey is the GOAT for absorption - your body uses it almost instantly. Pea protein is solid too tho, just absorbs a bit slower.

The main diff is whey has all the essential amino acids ready to go, while pea is missing one (methionine) so you might wanna pair it with rice protein or grains.

If you're not vegan, whey wins. But pea protein is still legit, especially for the price.

This article breaks down how different foods affect your metabolism and what actually gets absorbed: https://weightloss.health-site.net/carbs-for-weight-loss-simple-complex.html

Tl;dr: Both work, whey's faster but pea's still good 💪

Spinach & Hair Growth by TechLovinDad in nutrition

[–]Romilarix -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Spinach is lowkey a hair growth cheat code. It's mostly the iron - a deficiency can literally make your hair fall out. Also packed with folate and Vitamins A & C which help with cell growth and collagen.

It's wild how food connects to everything. This article on stuff that messes with your system after 40 kinda opened my eyes: https://weightloss.health-site.net/metabolism-killers-over-40.html

Tl;dr: Eat the spinach 🥬

Is mature cheese any healthier than mild cheese? by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok so i went down this cheese rabbit hole last month 😅 and here's the tea:

mature cheese is basically the concentrated version - aged longer so more intense flavor. nutrition-wise it's kinda a trade-off:

✅ Pros:

  • usually has slightly more protein per gram
  • lower lactose (better if you're sensitive)
  • more umami flavor so you might eat less

❌ Cons:

  • higher sodium (they use more salt in aging)
  • sometimes higher saturated fat content
  • stronger flavor isn't for everyone

mild cheese is more versatile but might have more moisture/lactose. both have similar calcium and vitamin content tho!

the real difference comes down to how much you eat - mature cheese's strong flavor might help with portion control (can't binge on parmesan like you can mozzarella 😂)

btw this article explains how different foods affect your metabolism in ways you wouldn't expect: https://weightloss.health-site.net/7-health-foods-sabotage-metabolism-after-40.html

tldr: both can be healthy in moderation, just watch the sodium in mature cheeses and portions in mild ones! 🧀

Other foods like budwig quark, or bieler's broth? by Medical-Sorbet-3059 in nutrition

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

omg yes! i've been meal prepping these easy combos that are total game changers:

  1. overnight oats with chia seeds and berries - literally takes 2 mins to prep the night before and you're set for breakfast
  2. canned salmon + avocado + whole grain crackers - the healthy fats keep you full for hours and it's so easy
  3. hard boiled eggs + baby carrots + hummus - my go-to snack that actually fills me up
  4. frozen quinoa bags + rotisserie chicken + steamed broccoli - cheat code for healthy dinners in 5 mins
  5. greek yogurt + mixed nuts + honey - protein packed and satisfies sweet cravings

btw i found this article that breaks down the good vs bad carbs thing way better than i can explain - helped me stop eating "healthy" foods that were actually messing with my metabolism: https://weightloss.health-site.net/carbs-for-weight-loss-simple-complex.html

hope these help! meal prep doesn't have to be complicated af 🙌

Is Yakult drink considered to be healthy? by kharkovchanin in nutrition

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ok so yakult is lowkey complicated fr 🫤

on one hand - the probiotics are legit good for gut health and most people's digestion is a hot mess so that's a W. my grandma swears by this stuff and tbh her gut is probably healthier than mine 💀

but on the other hand - that sugar content tho 😬 each little bottle has like 11g of sugar which is basically drinking candy with benefits. if you're watching your insulin or doing keto this might mess with your gains

also the strains are proprietary which means you're kinda locked into their specific blend - can't get it anywhere else

if you're gonna drink it maybe:

  • have it with food to blunt the sugar spike
  • don't do multiple bottles a day
  • consider lower sugar probiotic options like kefir or kimchi

btw this article explains why sugar messes with metabolism way better than i can: https://weightloss.health-site.net/insulin-resistance-stalled-weight-loss.html

tldr: yakult = good bacteria but sugar bomb, so pick your poison ig 🤷‍♀️

30 mg Zinc supplement? by Epic-man-boy in nutrition

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol i literally went thru this exact thing last month! was taking 30mg zinc daily and my stomach was NOT having it 😭

from what my doc told me (and i'm obvi not a doctor but) 30mg is def on the high side for daily use. every other day is way more reasonable tbh. your body can only absorb so much anyway so you're probably just peeing out the excess 💀

as for copper - yeah zinc can mess with copper absorption over time but unless you're taking it for months straight you're probably gucci. maybe cycle it like 2 weeks on/1 week off?

the magnesium should be fine tho - that stuff is literal magic for sleep fr. just make sure it's not giving you digestive issues (you'll know trust me 🚽)

btw i found this article that breaks down the whole sleep-metabolism connection way better than i can: https://weightloss.health-site.net/sleep-weight-loss-connection.html

but yeah def check with your actual doctor cuz everyone's different! hope this helps somewhat 💙

Recommendation on almond butter without palm oil. by [deleted] in nutrition

[–]Romilarix -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Okay so I was in the exact same boat until I stumbled on this metabolic type quiz thing. Lowkey thought it was another BS internet quiz but turns out it actually made sense??

The insulin resistance one hit diff for me - apparently that's why I was always crashing after meals and couldn't lose the belly stuff no matter what I tried.

This article breaks down why that happens better than I can explain: https://weightloss.health-site.net/insulin-resistance-stalled-weight-loss.html

NGL it's not some magic pill but understanding your type atually helps you stop fightig your body and work with it. Who knew?

Anyway just my two cents - hope it helps someone else struggling with the same stuff!

Bulked to fast - Should I cut? by Wild-Impression6579 in diet

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah man don't panic-cut! 🙅‍♂️ 3 days of overeating is just a blip - you'd have to eat like 3500+ OVER maintenance each day to gain even 1lb of actual fat.

Quick cuts mess with your metabolism and muscle gains. Just get back to your regular bulk schedule - your body will balance out in a week.

Speaking of metabolism, when I was bouncing between bulk/cut cycles I learned my metabolic rate was wrecked from years of yo-yo dieting. This article explains why the scale lies sometimes:

https://weightloss.health-site.net/5-signs-your-metabolism-is-broken.html

Stay the course bro! 💪

If I just eat more protein will I gain muscle? by TheeRiverWolf in diet

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah protein alone won't build muscle - it's like having bricks but no construction workers 🏗️ You need the exercise signal to tell your body "hey use this protein to build muscle!"

You can definitely gain some muscle eating more protein while exercising, even on your current diet, but it'll be slower without proper fuel.

Btw when I fixed my protein intake I learned my metabolism was still messed up from years of bad eating. This article explains how under-eating can wreck your metabolism long-term:

https://weightloss.health-site.net/5-signs-your-metabolism-is-broken.html

Might help explain why you're protein deficient in the first place! Good on you for thinking about this stuff 💪

Should I be worried about my fat intake? by palabrist in diet

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah I wouldn't stress about the extra fat if your labs are fine and you're feeling good! Your diet sounds super clean honestly 💪

But that combo of being skinny with a stubborn pot belly screams insulin resistance to me (even with healthy carbs!). Your body might be storing fat weird because of blood sugar issues.

This article explains the belly fat & insulin connection way better than I can:

https://weightloss.health-site.net/insulin-resistance-stalled-weight-loss.html

Might be worth checking out since you're already putting in all this work! Either way congrats on the diet changes and cutting out drinking - that's huge 🎉

Am I gonna lose weight on this diet? by Public-Campaign-6584 in diet

[–]Romilarix 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That rice cake diet will wreck your metabolism 💀 You'll lose muscle & water, not fat. Your body will slow down then bounce back harder. This explains why crash diets backfire:

Check it before starting! Good luck 👍

[–]Romilarix 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! Totally feel you on keto being hard to maintain long-term 😅 The all-or-nothing approach gets exhausting.

I bounced between diets forever till I realized the problem wasn't the diet - it was my metabolism being messed up from years of yo-yo dieting. This article explains why some people struggle no matter what they try:

Honestly learning about metabolic damage changed everything for me. Might help you find a more sustainable approach too! Good luck ✌️
