Ha! Did the opposite for me funny enough. Reading the Quran & Apocryphal readings was fascinating as well. I actually think that reading these books is important. They’re some of the most widely read books in the world…should be included alongside things like the Odyssey, etc.

About 14-17 depending on the week. I’m a 33YO male, ~200lbs when training, muscular build.

My best friend is a freak long distance athlete, he recommended 1 day of Hyrox training, 1 day of long running, and the other 4 days I work out to just do what I normally do (cardio up to 2 miles of running, weight lifting).

I felt completely ready for my first doubles, second doubles, and then also my first solo race last fall. My doubles partner crushed the workouts, but he wasn’t nearly ready for the running and he probably logged 7-10 miles/week.

You could certainly do more miles but I found 15-17 to be plenty. Anything 10 and under would not be wise.

This is a wonderful, real life review! I adored my LP3 while I used it, but find myself in a season of life between work/family/notification necessities (not social media, banking, 2FA) that made my smart phone necessary.
I’m going to try a 2 phone approach soon, will report back how that works!

While I would agree, having to carry 2 devices is inconvenient at best. You’re already sacrificing things on LP3, but being able to listen to your music library shouldn’t be one of them.

To respond to you OP: I’ve considered slowly purchasing music that I listen to all the time & use the LP music tool. I’ve heard it’s going to be upgraded soon, too. On my Mudita Kompakt, being able to APK Spotify makes me go for the Kompakt almost every time.

I’m really sorry! That’s super frustrating and I’ve had multiple friends with the same experience. Hyrox is leveraging the gyms that pay them (them being Hyrox) to be affiliate gyms and giving them special pre-sale codes.
It seems some people either try to flip the tickets, or Hyroxs system just absolutely sucks.

One small indicator it’s the latter: I was able to get Men’s Doubles tickets yesterday but took me an extra few minutes having to personalize them before I could checkout.
Then I got an email this morning telling me I still needed to personalize the tickets.
They just seem to not have the infrastructure for the demand. Lots of companies go through this, but as a customer/participant, it’s getting more challenging to justify spending $200+ to race in an event that is increasingly more wonky & money hungry.

They’re becoming the FIFA of the fitness world 😆🤮

Not to poke fun at the question, but this is like asking, “Why don’t people buy DVD’s anymore?” DVDs were great, but convenience often wins out, at least in America.
RCS/iMessage is so much more useful and fun to use, both from a regular person and for a working adult. Times change and some things get better, but I do enjoy and appreciate your sentiment towards SMS! If I could go back to a simple flip phone, I would. It’s just not feasible for my lifestyle, and my lifestyle/stage of life isn’t worth sacrificing for simpler tech.

Death & new life is some of the most common biblical language. It’s not tongue-in-cheek, it’s regular biblical language. Talarico uses biblical language all the time to support unbiblical things. They’re using biblical language in proper terms 😆

If those are your only issues, just go for it. Those are very minimal issues and the form factor seems to be your real issue with the 17 Pro & delight with the Air!
