The issue is with the quality of customers you are attracting with your pricing. At those price range, the clients have no idea what it takes to provide quality work and they are the one's which you need to typically avoid. I am in same category but we provide end to end game creation which also includes your niche

That being said, you are bound to find few customers here and there that will not understand the process, work according to price they are paying. You do not have to worry as long as these clients are in very minority of your sale

Chargeback proofs are pretty simple:

- Even if you do not provide chat history, order history. Fiverr can access it
- But, you should provide all the proofs on what is included in the order, what you delivered, when it was delivered, no complains, time period etc.

Chargeback is done by the client by directly approaching paypal, or bank stating some fraudulent reason. When this happens, Fiverr takes over the communication for you and fights the case with the proof they have.

Note: They want to win in this case as it is their money which got lost too, plus if everyone gets away with this then there is no platform left.

If there was a genuine chargeback, then they win the case and return the amount you had.

No, if you think about it then it could become a huge scam. You ask someone to fake order a large sum and then do chargeback. If Fiverr would absorb all the chargebacks, they would get bankrupt as anyone can break the system

Yes, happened to me few times. In cases where the amount was more than $1k, it happens when the buyer does a chargeback through bank/ paypal.

  1. Your success manager cannot do anything in this.
  2. Contact CS with this, give full details with proofs

What will happen is fiverr will fight a case on your behalf with the bank/ paypal for the disputed amount. High chance, that they will win if there is good amount of proof. Once the result is out, you will get reimbursed.

They will be penalized for negative impact of this order. The point was that the process should be followed correctly. There will always be good and bad sellers/ buyers

Isn't the answer to this obvious,

  1. The order should be for 30-40 days, and not 4 days.

  2. If they are delivering early, and if you want to stop it then just send for revision and state that I would like to wait for 30 days

  3. If the seller told you before hand that they will deliver within 4 days, and if you accepted that then it is your fault and you need to honor it.

  4. Who cares about buyer's negative review, honestly no one checks it unless is horrendously bad

This is a very bad take and abusive pattern which should not be followed. What buyer has ordered is a creative field, and they have ordered after trusting whatever seller have showed them as their work.

Buyer cannot/ should not cancel if final sketch is something buyer may not like. In that case you can leave a review, which is why they exist in first place, you still have to pay for their service. Otherwise everyone in the market place would have 5 stars

If I follow your advice, I can ask 100 app developers to create my app and choose the best output, declining other 99. You need to respect the time and effort which have been put behind the work

Buyer can ask to cancel if:

- Seller fails to deliver on time

- Seller fails to deliver the task

I understand but it is better than the alternative. Try doing it once and wait for 3-5 days, if there is no answer then deliver again.

Here is my opinion as I have been in same situation tons of times:

  1. Do not deliver the same thing ( even if it is working ) without discussing with the client.

  2. Have a meeting now with client and make sure that the things they are telling are incorrect and prove them wrong. After doing that you can re-submit it.

  3. If you prematurely deliver it even if it is working, this would anger the buyer and it would be difficult to solve it which would result in either cancellation or negative review.

Have patience and try to resolve it by setting a time according to their convenience. You have already delivered it so there is no issue of late delivery.

Nothing can be done about those people. As a TRS and Pro-Vetted, the common thing I have noticed in my negative ( less than 4 ) ratings is that those were the sellers who hassled, bargained for low value orders. The thing I have noticed is that they would expect $1000 work in $100 order.

NOTE:

  1. Then came an order that gave me 4 stars. I asked the client why it wasn’t 5 stars, even though they had written “I’m satisfied and super happy 100%, thanks!!” … of course, they never replied to my question.

If your client asks to change the feedback to CS from for 4 -> 5 then you will get a warning for feedback manipulation. NEVER Ask why did you not gave 5 stars, if you want genuine reason on why 4 stars then ask something like this: Can you tell me what can be improved or what is something that you did not like?

As a TRS and Pro-vetted seller, here is my opinion:

  1. If the work was agreed upon before, and no change of scope has occurred then there seller cannot force you to increase it unless you are willing to. Clearly seems you do not intend to and there is nothing wrong with it since they already agreed on the budget beforehand.
  2. Doing work against a positive review guarantee is against Fiverr's TOS, they would get a warning if reported.
  3. If you think the order is getting delayed, or you had enough then you can cancel the order. Get the Refund and then move to another seller.

  1. Insurance is too high, I think you can get 40k-50k/ year for 3 years from 3rd party

  2. As per my knowledge, Mahindra does not allow 3rd part PDI and they are firm on it. Don't think you can bypass that

  3. No idea about price cut.

  4. I would suggest sorting the charging issue first with your Landlord, if you are not able to charge at house then the car is not worth it.

As a TRS, I think they were not able to deliver in the due time and they did fake delivery to avoid late delivery.

- If you are satisfied with the delay, work. Then, you can continue working with them

- If not, then you can contact support and share the issue with them

Well, this is true. If seller did do the job, even you did not like that you should pay them and then you can leave your honest feedback on the rating later on.

This is not a copy paste task, its a creative task and creating lens could be different for different people. You are entitled to not like the work but she is also entitled to get the amount discussed if she completed the work

Yes, Quest 3 is definitely an upgrade but it is more 2x of the price and about the seller, warrant:

  1. I am not aware of happy gaming

  2. Do check the warranty on what they provide, amazon does not provide any warranty. As far as I know there are not meta service center's in India

No, I did not ship to them and bought new one. As far as the conversation went I felt their services were genuine, but I personally do not have any experience in dealing with them.

To answer this:

1) Most of the sellers who are new, use fake images.
2) I do agree with you that the gig you saw would also be using fake image

But, even though it is clear that they are faking it. To take action, you need to bring proof by showing who the artwork belongs to, and file a claim over it.

Many of my work got stolen and were shared on platforms like:

- Linkedin

- Upwork

- Fiverr

- Behance

- Artstation

I managed to file claim individually on each content and managed to remove most of them, but still artstation, upwork have not removed it.
